1. Purchase & Order Details

To complete a purchase, the customer must provide the information required for invoicing, shipping and order management. Purchases are reserved for users of legal age.

2. Prices & Availability

All listed prices include VAT where applicable. Product availability is subject to confirmation. Published images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to device display settings or production processes.

3. Product & Manufacturing

Each lamp is designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy using selected materials and components sourced from a local production chain. Every product is individually inspected and packaged to ensure the highest level of protection during transport.

4. Order Confirmation

Once the order has been completed, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation by email. Art & Solving S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of evident errors, product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Liability

Art & Solving S.r.l. shall not be held liable for improper use of the product or for indirect damages resulting from modifications, misuse or use inconsistent with its intended purpose.

6. Shipping

Orders are entrusted to selected couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures or circumstances beyond the control of Art & Solving S.r.l.

7. International Sales

• International shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
• For non-EU shipments, any customs duties, local taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the final customer.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information required by the customs authorities of the destination country.
• Any delays caused by customs inspections or procedures are not attributable to Art & Solving S.r.l.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through secure and certified payment systems. Art & Solving S.r.l. does not store nor have access to the customer’s payment card details.

9. Damages & Claims

Any anomalies or transport damages must be reported within 48 hours from delivery. In the presence of visibly damaged packaging, the customer is advised to accept the parcel with reservation or refuse delivery.

10. Withdrawal & Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations exclusively for purposes related to order management and customer service.

12. Warranty & Applicable Law

Products are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with applicable regulations. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by the consumer’s country of residence.
