01. Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are handled exclusively via DHL Express. Shipping fees are calculated in real time in the cart based on the total weight before order confirmation.

For orders exceeding 10 items, automatic checkout is disabled. We invite you to contact our sales department directly at acquistiartandsolving@gmail.com for a dedicated logistics quote.
For shipments to countries or territories subject to import formalities, delivery takes place under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
Any customs duties, local import taxes, clearance fees, and other charges requested by competent authorities are not included in the order total and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The carrier will contact the recipient directly for the payment of the amounts due and to request any documents necessary for customs clearance. The recipient is responsible for the timely transmission of this information.
For shipments to the US, the recipient may be required to provide DHL with a valid Importer Number or tax identification code (EIN, SSN). Art & Solving S.r.l. does not request or collect such data through the website.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the recipient refuses to pay duties or is unreachable, the goods will be returned to Italy. All costs incurred by DHL and charged to Art & Solving S.r.l. (outbound shipping, customs storage fees, return duties, and return shipping expenses) will be fully deducted from any potential order refund.
02. Right of Withdrawal
The deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the product. The request must be sent via email to: acquistiartandsolving@gmail.com indicating the intent to withdraw and the reference order number.
The customer must return the product within 14 days of the notice. Direct costs of return shipping remain the responsibility of the customer.
03. Returns & Product Conditions
Refunds will be processed within the terms provided by applicable regulations after verification of the returned product's condition.
- The product must be returned undamaged and free of any defects;
- The original packaging and any accessories must be included;
- The product must show no signs of improper use, alterations, or damage.
In the event of damage or a decrease in value resulting from handling exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods, Art & Solving S.r.l. reserves the right to deduct such depreciation from the final refund amount.
