01. Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are handled via DHL Express. Applicable shipping costs are calculated in real time in the cart according to the quantity and the corresponding packaging, before order confirmation.

For shipments to countries or territories subject to import formalities, delivery is made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other fees requested by the competent authorities are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
The carrier will contact the recipient directly for payment of the amounts due and to request the documents required for customs clearance. The recipient is responsible for providing the requested information promptly.
For shipments to the United States, the recipient may be required to provide DHL with an Importer Number or another valid tax identification number (EIN, SSN). Art & Solving S.r.l. does not request or collect such data through the website.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the recipient refuses to pay duties or cannot be reached, the goods will be returned to Italy. All actual costs charged by DHL to Art & Solving S.r.l. (outbound shipping, customs storage, return duties and return shipping) will be deducted in full from any order refund.
02. Right of Withdrawal
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the product. The request must be sent by email to: acquistiartandsolving@gmail.com stating the intention to withdraw and the order number.
The customer must return the product within 14 days of the notice. The direct cost of returning the product remains the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise provided by law.
03. Returns & Product Condition
The refund will be processed within the time limits provided by applicable regulations after the condition of the returned product has been verified.
- The product must be returned intact and free from damage or defects;
- The original packaging and any accessories must be included;
- The product must show no signs of improper use, alteration or damage.
In the event of damage or a decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product, Art & Solving S.r.l. reserves the right to deduct such depreciation from the final refund amount.
