natural brass is a living material. the absence of galvanic treatments allows the metal to mature over time, revealing an authentic patina.
care and maintenance
the structure is made of natural brass — “bare material” free from protective coatings. any surface oxidation is a natural process of the material and can either be removed with specific metal care products or preserved for a vintage effect. clean the diffuser and wood only with a soft, dry cloth.
sustainability and life cycle
product designed according to EU Ecodesign principles: the LED source and Li-ion battery pack are easily replaceable at end of life to reduce environmental impact. the primary materials (brass and wood) are natural and durable.
outdoor use
the lamp features an IP40 protection rating. it may be used outdoors in favorable environmental conditions (absence of rain or excessive humidity), but must always be stored and recharged indoors in dry environments.
